Iv got a sony ericson x10i xperia,it shows my network and signal strength,wen i dial out it just flicks to call ended,plus theres no incoming calls

Hi, do you mean sony ericsson xperia x10i? If you haven't already you will have to contact your service provider & request data settings. Some telco's let you do this on their website or you have to call them but they should do it automaticly when you first activate your phone. They send them to your phone via txt/service message, if you view the message it will give you the option to save or install them then check in settings that data is enabled & you should be good to go.

i have xperia x1i it is showing no service signal but massages passing and no out going &incoming calls

your incoming calls are barred, you go to the call log and go to call barring, deactivate your call barring, you have a password for it, if forgot your password go to the nearest service center of ericson in your area.

All you have to do is to call your service provider for the PIN/PUK codes, please note that no one else can give you your unique PIN code, only the service providers have this record. Call them and ask them for the code, they will authenticate you first and will give you your code in return.
