Lost the cd that came with this model

Support on the cd is a manual and a firmware updater.

A manual for the Sansa View in pdf format, readable with Adobe Reader, can be reached with next link:

I have 2 SanDisk Sansa Clips (a 2GB and an 8GB)...I cannot keep them charged. I have had the 8GB on my computer for hours and it still says low battery and shuts down

just charge them by using charger not by computers.
