How do i add this site to favorites - Computers & Internet

Hey Michelle,

Did someone share a contact with you over email or text that you are trying to add to favorites?

As long as your have added this contact to any of your contact lists in google then you will be able to Favorite it. You just might have to open the contact from the google contacts application first.

If possible could you add what device you are trying to add this favorite for? And can you add where the contact is from?

check browser history and add the sites found back into favorites.
Hopefully you do not delete browser history ?

phone>Favorites ( very left botton hand corner) > Very top to the right is a plus sign click it than you should be able to add favorites

Sounds like you need to update internet explorer. Do you have automatic updates on? You can have two internet explorer windows open at the same time. If you have IE5, minimize the window and open another one the same way you opened the first one. You can download anything as long as your hard drive is big enough. Most are at least 60 gig now days and if your pc was purchased new within the last 5 years, its probally 160 gig or bigger. When you click a link to download something it will usally ask you if you want to save it or run it. Click save and then it will ask you where to save it to. Click the work "Desktop" on the left, then click SAVE. To save a site to favorites, click the star or the word favorites on the Internet Explorer window. Then click add to favorites. Make sure you are on the page you want to add to favorites first.

Just click on favorites on the top of the page of internet explorer(located alongside the section where you could see files, view, etc..) then click Add to Favorites. Then just click Add. You could also create folders for your favorites if you'd like and you could see on the favorites tab as well.

Doesn´t Favorites come up on the line (I am not sure about the Eng word) with your browser?
I do it in following manner
I have a site which I want an easy accsess to
Then I press the add to favourites button
The pc asks you where you want to keep it.
I press favorites- thereit is until you delet it

Delete that entry from your favorites, go to Facebook, and add the entry again.

Creating Favorites

1. Open the site you want to mark as a favorite
   
2. From the toolbar, click ADD TO FAVORITES» select Add to Favorites...
   The Add a Favorite dialog box appears.
   
   
   
3. OPTIONAL: In the Name text box, type a new name
   NOTE: Favorites are listed alphabetically by the first word of the name.
   
4. OPTIONAL: To place this favorite in an existing folder, in the Create in pull-down list, select the desired folder
   OR
   To create a new folder for this favorite
   1. Click NEW FOLDER
      The Create a Folder dialog box appears.
   2. In the Folder Name text box, type a name for the new folder
   3. To create this folder within another folder, in the Create in pull-down list, select the desired folder
   4. Click CREATE
      
5. Click ADD
   The site is saved in the Favorites Center list.
   

I HAD the same problem, I had to delete every favorite that was listed and re-visit and re-add the net again. I would visit the site first and add it to your favorites first, then delete the old URL site. good luck.
