Please help me, I need help urgent. I brought my F-22 Jet Tech in March 2008 for my restaurant. The machine was fine, but got electrical problem, which is very serious, ELECTRIC SHOCK. We cant use it,since we cant touch it. This just happen 3 days ago, I called the prof electrician, but he has no knowledge of the machine, so, he didn't want to even touch it. Please help. URGENT. I bought electric bike on visit in China and I had brought it with me on the plain back. After I brought the electric bicycle home to New Zealand I took it a part to see the secret how it is made. When I open the box where is on electric bike hidden a regulator there i found  a little potentiometer. By turning the potentiometer around and watching what is happening I found that it is for regulating the speed. Most of the regulators for electric bikes are design to speed 25km/h(european standart)  and has an output where by adding a trimpot can be the speed reduced down. It is adding flexibility in use. Chines regulations limiting the speed on 20km/h .If you imported electric bicycle from china or you bicycle goes less than 25km/h you can have a look in regulator if is not possible adjust the trimpot to 25km/h speed.
