Hi there,
When you go to the CD/DVD does it detect the disc being there? If it does try to right click on the drive and choose explore then go to the folder that it tells you to.
If the CD/DVD still says CD/DVD then the disc they provided may need to be replaced.
If you see the disc and there is nothing on it it means that there are no files on the cd so take it back where you bought it and get a replacement.
Hope this helps!

Trying to copy some pics onto a cd to get some disc space but my drive wont recognise the cd rw

do you have a cd writer or rom drive is the first thing you have to check, if it's a writer then put the disc in first and it should give you an option to write files to cd accept then follow the the instruction to add your files, assuming your running windows. iif that does'nt work check to see if your discs are + or - it may be your wriiter will only accept one kind

I can't open mastercook version 3 on PC

Compatibility Wizard
1. Open the Program Compatibility Wizard by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Use an older program with this version of Windows.
2. Follow the instructions in the wizard.
If you cannot install a program, insert the installation disc for the program and, using the wizard, browse to the program's setup file, usually called Setup.exe, Install.exe, or something similar. The wizard is not designed to work on programs that have an .msi file name extension.
To change compatibility settings manually for a program, right-click the icon for the program, click Properties, and then click the Compatibility tab.

Setup wizard doesn't locate wireless router.

Any old ethernet cable should be fine. The setup disc is generally used only for initial setup to establish communications between router and pc, and to also configure your internet providers settings. You can access your router from your pc by going to http://192.168.1.1 and you can change settings in the router from there instead of using setup disc. If you insist on using the setup wizard disc you usually have to set your computer's ip address to a specific number and possibly reset router to default state (see manual or http://www.linksys.com).

I have a linksys wrt54g, and i'm trying to set it up but i managed to loose the setup disc and i was wondering if there was a way i could download the linksys setup wizard disc somewhere online?

If youre trying to setup the linksys router since you don't have the setup CD you can just call Linksys tech support and they can walk you through with the manual process to configure it, this the number for Linksys 800-3267114.

Hope that helps.............

Where can i get the software disc from?

Have you tried to plug in the camera to the PC anyway. Windows XP or Vista should have its own pic transfer wizard or something like that. If that doesn't work see if you can view your camera thru "MY COMPUTER".

You shouldn't need any additional software, even if it came with it.

If you PC has a memory card reader then just pull card out of camera and put it in the PC.
