TV source button will not stay lit during set up

After I press and hold the setup button on the remote all five source buttons light up. Next step is to press the TV source button. TV source button should remain lit BUT the AUX source button does. If I press the DVD source button, the TV source lights up.

Am I doing something wrong? I cannot program the Bose remote to control my Insignia TV due to this (at least that is what I think).

Please advise and THANKS!!
