Have you saved all these media files on the inner memory card of this Blackberry phone?
If you have, you do have chances t get them all back.
In fact, the deleted files on a phone memory card are not actually destroyed immediately after the deletion. They are still there and become invisible. So, as long as you've not overwritten them with anything new, you do have a big chance to get them all back successfully.
So, simply connect this phone to a computer and try a blackberry phone data recovery freeware that can deeply scan your phone and restore all your wanted files back:
http://blog4mark.blogspot.com/2012/12/photo-recovery-after-delete.html

This phone data recovery freeware helped a lot when the Samsung phone of my friend was formatted by mistake. It eventually restored all his wanted data back successfully. So, just try it!
Note: Next time, you should always remember to make backups of everything important in case of similar problems.

First things first: STOP using the blackberry phone that you want to recover data from in case you may quite possibly ruin your chances of data recovery.

Then Recommend you have a try of Wondershare Photo Recovery(also recover videos and music files), a media file recovery program with both Windows and Mac versions provided. It should help you. Get the program here,

For Windows - get the download
For Mac - get the download

Remember - Do NOT try & write anything back until you can recover your data safely!

How to uninstall apps on a BlackBerry Tour

Uninstalling an application from a BlackBerry Tour is a simple process that only takes a few minutes. First, find the app's icon. (By default, this icon will be located in the Downloads folder unless you've moved it.) Move the trackball over the icon and press the BlackBerry button (the one with seven dots to the left of the trackball). From the menu, select <span style="font-style: italic;">Delete</span>.<br /><br />A confirmation window will appear asking if you're sure you want to delete the program. Select <span style="font-style: italic;">Delete</span> again. You'll see a message that says, "Deletion will occur when handheld is restarted," and you'll be prompted to reboot your BlackBerry. If you choose <span style="font-style: italic;">Yes</span>, the phone will shut off and go through the cold boot process -- just like if you'd pulled out the battery. It may take several minutes for the device to fully boot back up, but when it does, the application will be deleted.<br /><br />If you choose not to restart at that time, the application's icon will be removed from the folder, but the application itself will remain on your BlackBerry until you perform a cold boot (turn the BlackBerry off, pull out the battery, then reinstall it and turn the phone back on).<br /><br />Even after you've completed the uninstall process, the application's files will still remain stored on your BlackBerry. You can find and delete these files by navigating through the BlackBerry's file system. In your Home folder, select <span style="font-style: italic;">Media</span> and then press the BlackBerry button. Choose <span style="font-style: italic;">Explore</span>, and you'll see two options: <span style="font-style: italic;">Media Card</span> and <span style="font-style: italic;">Device Memory</span>. Select <span style="font-style: italic;">Media Card</span>, then continue down the folder tree by selecting <span style="font-style: italic;">BlackBerry</span>, then <span style="font-style: italic;">app_world</span>, then <span style="font-style: italic;">downloads</span>.<br /><br />The next folder will have a name that's a combination of letters and numbers, which is your BlackBerry's PIN. Select this folder, and you'll see a subfolder with the name of the application you just deleted. (If you have more applications installed, there will be folders with their names here as well.) Press the BlackBerry button and choose <span style="font-style: italic;">Delete</span> to get rid of the folder, which is only taking up space and isn't necessary anymore since you've already uninstalled the application. If there are other applications here that you've previously deleted, you can erase their files too to free up more space.

Cause 1 A number of large applications are installed on the BlackBerry smartphone. Resolution To resolve this issue, complete the following steps: Make sure that the BlackBerry® Device Software is installed on the computer to display the correct total application space. Determine the application space that is available on the BlackBerry smartphone by completing the following steps: Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer. Open the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager. Double-click Application Loader. At the Device Application Selection screen, under the application selection window, note the total application space. Note: Select the List additional applications that are installed on the connected device check box to include the applications that are installed outside of the BlackBerry Device Software applications and the file sizes. Remove applications that are not required. For example, remove additional language packs and themes. Cause 2 A large amount of BlackBerry smartphone user data is present on the BlackBerry smartphone that cannot be removed by the Low Memory Manager. Resolution To resolve this issue, complete the following steps: On the BlackBerry smartphone, click Options > Status. Display the menu, and select Database Sizes. Reduce the number of items that are increasing the size of the database. For example, if the Address Book database is large, remove out-of-date contacts. If the Content Store database is large, move media files from the BlackBerry smartphone memory to a media card. Cause 3 Media settings may contribute to low memory capacity. Resolution Modify the Device Memory Limit settings by completing the following steps: On the BlackBerry smartphone, click Media. Select a media application. Display the menu, and click Options. Set the Device Memory Limit to the lowest setting field. Display the menu, and click Save. Note: Some BlackBerry smartphones have integrated cameras without a media card. As a result, some features have been added to handle picture storage on the BlackBerry smartphone, including the following: · Reserved Pictures Memory: In BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.0, the default value setting is 10 MB. In BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.1 - 4.7, the default value setting has been reduced to 2 MB. This setting reserves memory for pictures that the BlackBerry smartphone might take, and reduce the File Free amount that is displayed in the BlackBerry smartphone. This makes sure that the BlackBerry smartphone has memory available for pictures that are taken when a media card is not inserted in the BlackBerry smartphone. · Device Memory Limit: The default value setting is 20 MB. This prevents the BlackBerry smartphone from storing more than the specified amount of memory use. Cause 4 An application has expanded beyond intended memory boundaries. Resolution Note: In the Java® operating environment, applications increase and reduce memory usage when the applications launch, run required processes, and close processes. An application may use more memory than it is intended to use. Please make note of the values outlined in the following steps: On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Options. Click Status and note the values listed for File Free and File Total. Divide each of these two values by 1024, so that they are measured in kilobytes (KB). Record the new values, and name them as Displayed File Free and Displayed File Total. Display the menu, and click Database Sizes. Record the value shown in the Total Size field at the top of the screen. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager, then open the application loader tool. Click Next on the Welcome screen. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer and allow the application loader tool to detect it. You might be prompted to type a password. Click Next on the Device Application Selection screen. Verify that the List additional applications that are installed on the connected device check box is selected. Record the value for the Total application space, located at the bottom of the window. Calculate the Reserved Pictures Memory for BlackBerry smartphones that have integrated cameras. If a camera is not integrated, proceed to step 12. On the BlackBerry smartphone, open the Media application. Display the menu, and click Options. Note the Reserved Pictures Memory value and multiply that value by 1024. Record the value. For example, 2 MB * 1024 = 2048. To calculate the Total Amount of Memory In Usage, add the values for Total Application Space, Total Size, and Reserved Pictures Memory (if applicable). To get the Calculated File Free value, subtract the value for Total Amount of Memory In Usage from the Total Flash Memory supported by the BlackBerry smartphone.
