I have the same problem with my dmr77. My coffee pot ran over and evidently ran down behind the Samsung dishwasher. It thinks that it is leaking. How do you reset it?

I just bought a house with an lg washer. I ran a load of towels and the screen says "LE see owners manual". What's wrong?

Hi
An LE error code on the washer's display indicates that the motor is locked, possibly due to a heavy wash load. ... But if the error code displays on every washing cycle, the unit will require a repair service. How to reset the washing machine: Press POWER to turn the washer off.
I hope this helps Nick

DIGITAL DISPLAY SAYS LE

Hello, W/D here.
The LE code indicates that the dishwasher thinks that there is a leak, and the leak detector shut the machine down and displayed the LE code.
If you in fact have a leak, it should be repaired either as warranty work or by a reputable repairperson. The LE code can be reset by turning off the circuit breaker controlling the power to the dishwasher for several minutes, then resetting it.
If you have a stainless dishwasher, it is guaranteed for life (usually) against leakage. Samsung will require a service call by their tech, and if the unit is unrepairable, will depreciate the unit before offering a refund. Not great. The good news is that these are fairly robust machines, and leakage might be no more than the door seal. Check the seal and reposition it if necessary, as they not only tend to flatten out, but they also tend to pull out of their grooves holding the seal in. It seems that in making the "tall tub" types, there is less space between the racks and the seals. Larger objects, especially on the upper rack, can bump the seal and pull it out of position a bit, creating a leak. It doesn't take much.
If you bought your machine from one of the major hardwares, and you got the extended warranty, they will make three attempts to repair the unit, then replace it if unsuccessful.
Hope that this was helpful to you. --W-D--Please feel free to rate this solution. Thanks.

A screw fell inside the tub I took the bottom sreen apart it was uder the base were the impeller is, took that apart, put everthing back together and went to start the dishwasher up and the LE code...

try this. I have a similar problem and now have the LE code flashing. I saw this advice and am going to try the fix now.

You are barking up the wrong tree. Here is the real fix for the LE problem.First disconnect all power ( power supply, circuit breaker, wiring etc) to the machine. Disconnect all tubing to the machine ( drainage pipe and braided hose feed) Then you need to take out the dishwasher, turn it over and then remove the large white sensor tray that will expose the leakage sensor held on by 2 screws. Remove the screws and dry up the sensor tips (4) with a dry towel and dry up the tray all around as well. Replace the tray and re connect all tubing and power. You're problem should be solved and you just saved yourself a pile of money in service repair bill. M.D.
