I cant link my bluetooth HS805 with my motorola c390. It is asking for a pin and i cant remember

Motorola devices have their bluetooth hidden by default. Make sure you turn the device discovery on in the bluetooth menu of your Motorola device and then from your laptop, try to search for these devices.

its a standered security feature in all bluetooth devices.if 0000 dont work check your manual for it,, but I'ts more than likely 0000

Following the steps how pair your head set with blackberry
1.With the headset off, hold the Multifunction Button until the LED remains on (about 2 seconds).

2 Perform a device discovery from the phone.

3 When the scan is complete, the phone displays the devices found.

4.Select the Motorola HS805 from the discovered devices list and confirm following the on screen prompts.

When prompted by the phone, enter the passkey 0000 and confirm to pair the headset with the phone.

try putting in 0000 in as the bluetooth pin! in most cases this is the pin that the headset has stored in it and is sent when connecting to the device

Please contact the service centre as it may be under warranty, so u can replace the same

had the same problem. i read that you need to turn off the phone and turn it back on that should fits the problem. i tried it and it corrected the same problem you have.

Most Motorola bluetooths have a default passcode of 0000 and cannot be changed.

I just figured this out after having my blueset linked with my old phone. I couldn't remember my password for the life of me to connect it with my new phone. Finally I turned on my bluetooth headset and then held the call button for about ten seconds. After that I proceeded to search on my phone for the bluetooth and link it. The password is 0000. I hope that helps!
