My Sandisk Sansa Express mp3 player showed low battery after being taken out of usb port on computer. I found out that it has quit charging. It is completely dead except for a very small speck of blue in window. Help me with this??
Thanks Guest:
The battery did recharge after I did those things. After it had charged; I made a special effort to pay particular attention to what was happening. The one special note is that this mp3 player turns itself on when it is pushed into the USB port and charges. I turned computer off one day after having it to charge overnight and I left it in the usb port for the ramainer of the day and when I did take it out of port...it was drained again.
Hii
just re plug it and see what happens or.. if you have wall mount charger with a usb connect .. then us it ... and if all fails... open ur player and disconnect the batter for a minute and reconnect it and then put it to recharge...
let me know what happnes..
