I have an HP Officejet 6310 all in one and it keeps saying paper jam It grabs a piece of paper and pulls it half way through then stops and says there's a paper jam. HELP PLEASE!

Lift the scanner lid, then lift the black part of the fax - pull up hard for it to lift. Unjam the paper either still on top or gently lift the inner section and retrieve your jammed paper. Then put everything back together and you're right to go again.

I think you have already done enough troubleshooting to resolve the issue now this printer needs to be serviced from Authorised Service Prov

I have 4 hp printers. And usually a paper jam tell me I need to open the back of the printer to check is something is there. What is the substance of the paper you are using?

There's a couple things that can cause recurring paper jams. Most often, all the pieces of the jammed paper aren't removed. This video shows you where to look to find all the jammed paper. It also offers some other solutions as well. If the solutions in this video don't work, the printer is likely broken.

check inside for little extra pieces of paper

check for a small piece logged inside, remove the toner cart and check that, take paper out and check under that
