Mitsubishi VS-45607 45" Big Screen

I aquired a used Mitsubishi VS-45607 T.V. a while ago, and it has developed some problems. First, whenit is first turned on the screen is very green with large horizontal bands acroos the screen. After about 20 minutes it looks fine for about 1 hour, and then the screen starts to have faint wavy lines. About a half an hour later the picture starts to jump with many horizontal lines acroos the screen. In looking through other posts of other similar problems, it was suggested that it might be the vertical output IC and vertical yoke connections needing to be resoldered. Does that sound like it might be the problem for this one?
