you must go to the panasonic online or the supplier where you did buy the camera, and ask them about your CD, and tell them is free or there are some charge. Maybe you have some friends with similar camera, and copy the disk.
Hi Hela m remove the memory card and turn on the camera. See the camera show you the same massage or not. If yes then reset the camera and then try with memory card. If not then just format the memory card and then insert the cad in the cam & turn on. After that let me know the result.
