Our Crown CP660 is in a church sound system. It's 9 years old. But after 9 years of working flawlessly the last two weeks the sound has been cutting off when more than two mics are live. Shutting off the system for a couple minutes reboots it, but soon the sound cuts out again. What's wrong?

1. Pull the crown out to position 2, two clicks.
2. Press and release the lower right button.
3. Rotate the crown to adjust the minute.
4. Press and release the lower right button.
5. Rotate the crown to adjust the hour.
6. Press and release the lower right button.
7. Rotate the crown to adjust the date.
8. Press and release the lower right button.
9. Rotate the crown to adjust the current month and leap year.
10. Push the crown to position 0.
Greg it sounds like you should take your watch to a propper watchmaker. (qualified) Most jewellers are not well educated in regard to watches and their servicing.
Spider arm to the washer drum is broken. Parts is expensive and labor to repairs will cost you more than if you just go out and buy a new washer. Sorry for the bad news.
