It is the safety switch turning off tv, there is probably a short inside
The tv goes in standby as there is a short or a powering problem A safety switch forces the tv on standby after a while.
Most common cause for this is powering problem, test the power board, and eventually replace it.
If you replaced an IC test the pico fuse under to the IC, if the IC has blown again, this is one more reason for suspecting an overpowering problem.
