Nokia 6020 keepsgoing to headset function

Nokia 6020 keeps keeps going to headset without a headset being connected therefore I can`t hear the other person when they call. Even if headset is connected still can`t hear the other person

Dial *#7370# now it will ask restore original device settings,yes,it will ask for password its-12345, your phone will restart, all the data on our phone memory will be deleted,and it will be like when you first bought it,PLEASE DO IT ON YOUR OwN RISK,OR GO YOUR NEAREST NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE. ALL the best
