Canon sx 200 flash cover sticks

I have had a similar problem with this camera. There is a tiny spring under the cover that could become filthy or corroded due to dust, moist or water. You might be able to see it if you keep the flash cover up while the flash is down. Maybe you could help it by cleaning it with a small piece of cloth or a needle. Don't use any fluids because those will leak into the camera immediately.

I have a Canon PowerShot SX200IS digital camera. Can I recharge the batteries in a 220/240 outlet?

If you're using the supplied CB-2LX battery charger, then yes. If you're using another battery charger, please check its specifications.

Canon powershot sx200is with panasonic 4GB memory card says memory card is locked

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

If that doesn't work, try another card.

I just bought a canon powershot sx200is. I

Sounds like you didn't use the "safely remove hardware" function. Remove the card and battery...press all the buttons...leave it alone for 20 minutes...insert the card and then the battery...try to turn it on. Let me know.

Lost my canon powershot sx200is manuel; how can I get another copy----how do I delete pictures from camera? my camera is only about 30 days old.

Canon does not have the manual for download. Canon will provide you a new manual for a reasonable price. Go to Canon.com (or .ca) for ordering info.
Deleting pictures all at once on a memory card camera is called 'Format'. Be aware that format removes even locked (protected) pictures. Be CERTAIN your pictures have all downloaded before you format. Unplug the camera from the computer to 'Format'. The Canon software has a preferences setting for 'Delete pictures from camera', I THINK...

SX200IS what memory card I shut bay .I hawe SDHC 4 GB , it is okay ?

Hello. The card you have seems to be the right type but i'm not sure if your camera will use a 4 GB card. Put it in the camera, if you get a card error or any other message your size limit is probably smaller .
