Have same problem with my Citiz
I found this article after having a similar problem with cold, or only luke warm milk with our Nespresso. We have the Nespresso Citiz and Milk by Krups which often didn't heat milk, if it did, it was very little. Also had the flashing red light from time to time. When making fresh coffee, I often gave the aeroccino a quick rinse before, as well as after each use use with WARM to HOT water. Depending on how quick the boiler heated the water, it could have quickly reached ~60c. Now I finish the rinse with COLD water when making fresh coffee and since doing so the milk has been at a much more comfortable temperature. I only came up with the solution today so it might just be luck that the machine has been heating milk warmly, but the last few coffee's have been much more enjoyable. I don't know if you washed the aeroccino with WARM or HOT water before use but if you did, try a cold rinse and see how you go.
