My daughter took several pictures with her new Hannah Montana Disney Pix Click and when I connect the USB, it says there are no pictures on the camera! I can see the pictures are there, but the computer is not recognizing them! I have done everything, reinstall software, different batteries, etc. Help!!!!!
Depending on your operating system the downloader program may not work.
1. Open 'My Computer' or 'Computer' on Vista and connect the camera to the PC.
2. Watch the screen for a new "Removable Disk" to appear.
3. Double click on
the "Removable Disk".
4. Double click on the folder "DCIM".
5. Pictures
will be located in the listed sub-folder. This should be named "100IMAGE".
You can then drag and drop or cut and paste them into the My Snapshots folder located in My Pictures.
This did not work. All the picture names look like arabic and my vista computer will not allow me to select them and drag them to the compuer

i plug it in and the computer try's to setup the device from the cd but doe nots find the driver
