  • The pedometer must be directly perpendicular to the ground. The pedometer needs to be at a 60 degree angle to the ground. Dragging your feet, walking with sandals or uneven footsteps in a crowded area can affect the accuracy.
  • The pedometer only works when walking, jogging, or walking up/down stairs.

  • Pull out the panic alarm pin S7 (Panic Alarm) from the unit to trigger the alarm.
  • Press and hold S1 (RES) to stop sound temporarily.

  • Open the battery door by unscrewing the secure screw.
  • Flip out the exhausted battery and replace with two new *CR2016 (3V) batteries. Make sure the polarity is correct. Close battery door and fasten the screws.

I have an Ellies wizared remote control but lost the manual. Unable to set up to Toshiba T,V, don't know what buttons to type

hello, I enclose you a link to a website containing universal codes, which attempt to find the appropriate code to your TV model. Try the first option of direct income by type of TV code. If that fails, try the automatic scan. Good luck! Let me know if you need additional guidance.

I just purchased a Heritage Mint Ltd Timepiece Quartz Regulator wall clock but it chimes two hours slower than the actual time. Need to know how to correct it. There is a red push button on the back of...

I have the same clock. Here's what I did to re-set it after changing batteries: After replacing batteries, use the turn dial to set the correct time. Press the RED button 6 times, wait for it to go through that series of chimes, then press the button again to set the time.
Example: Press RED button 6 times. Wait for it to chime. Press RED button the correct number of times for the hour to be set. For 5:00, press the button 5 times, etc.
I lost the directions to my clock, and I am posting this from memory and also just had to re-set mine and it works OK now.
    Hope this helps!

I need to know how to set this watch. My daughter lost the directions. It says SHP3167 on the back. Can you help me?

Generally digital watches all set about the same.
I believe your watch is a Sharp digital alarm/chrono by the number you give.

Hold down the start/stop button in the right corner until the display begins to flash. Once the display flashes you can go through the fields to be set by pressing the mode button.
Some digitals use a different combination but are all about the same.

    Lost remote codes

I just bought one for my wife's aunt and have the book in front of me. Without knowing what codes you need, I would have to list all of them. There are quite a few and it would be very time consuming. There is an alternative.

    1. Press and hold the "Code Search" button until the LED stays on.

    2. Press the device button (TV, VCR, etc...). The LED will flash once and stay on.

    3. Keep pressing the On/Off button until your devise shuts off. then press "Enter".

    Hope this helps
