When iTunes opens after plugging the iPod in, click on the iPod on the side tab and where it says "so and so's iPod" click on it and rename it if it allows for it, or alternately, restore it and then put your name in before re-syncing it with the playlist.
1) Download iTunes onto your computer (from apple.com or download.com)
2) Using the USB cable, plug it into your computer (PC or Laptop or Mac)
3) Now you can buy songs, download free ones, or copy your CDs into your iPod
1. Select Camera Video Camera from Main Menu 2. Select a video. 3. Press and hold the Center button. 4. Select Delete to remove that one video or to remove all the videos, select Delete All.
alternatively when its connected to the computer the DCIM folder is usually the video folder for the iPod nano 5th gen. also on apples website it tells you how to transfer video but you can use the method in reverse to delete videos http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3837
