I have been given a memory stick with photos on and my computer says it cannot find a driver

Get an USB memory stick, plug it into the USB port on your computer.
This USB memory stick will display as a disk drive, open this USB drive, then open the folder on your computer where the photos are stores, select the photos you want to print and copy them to the USB drive.
Click on the Safely Remove Hardware icon on the task bar and select the USB memory stick then remove the USB memory stick when advised.
You can then take this USB memory stick to Costco Photo Center to print these photos on several calanders.

Copy the CD driver onto an USB memory stick using a computer with a CD drive, then insert the USB memory stick into your computer and install the printer driver.

Insert the memory card into a USB card reader and connect it into the USB port of your computer and also connect your memory stick into another USB port on your computer.You computer will detect both memory devices and you can click on them to open and view the files, then copy the photos on the memory card and paste them on the memory stick.
If you have only one USB port then copy the photos from the memory card into your computer then connect the memory stick to your computer and copy the photos from the computer to the memory stick.

Plug the memory stick reader, with the memory stickinserted into it, into the computer's USB port. 2. Close all folders and removethe memory stick reader from the USB port. 5. To ensure that your photos havebeen transferred, plug the memory stick back into the USB port. When the"Removable Disk" screen pops up, select "Open folder to viewfiles using Windows Explorer." Once you see the photos on the memory stickfolder, you can close the folder and remove the memory stick reader from theUSB port.

control panel admistrive tools,computer management,device manager scroll down universal serial bus controllers you should see a yellow question mark?
right click to reinstall drivers or
if you can see your usb but its not working
ports(com&lpt)right click update driver or
scroll to disk drives if you can see your drive + to expand right click you should see options to update driver,disable,uninstall scan for hardware changes. or
select properties you should see options in the general tab to troubleshoot,policies,volumes,driver and details under the driver tab you will have the options to check the driver details,update driver,rollback driver or uninstall
open windows explorer navigate to your destination folder/memory stick then go to the information you want to back up select the information right click select copy then back to destination folder/memory stick select then right click select paste
or select the imformation hold the cursor on then drag it to the destination folder/memory stick and drop it into it
or select the imformation right click and send to the destination folder/memory stick

- try to perform a system restore and try to restore the computer to a date that the computer is working fine
- try to reinstall the driver for the memory stick pro card reader
- the website for the driver is www.esupport.sony.com

- as far as i understand your issue you are using the card reader port for the memory stick pro

Camera has small inbuilt memory that can store few pictures. You can copy these photos in memory stick by inserting memory stick in camera, go to Menu >> Copy >> Yes.
Memory stick stores many photos depends on its size and let memory stick in camera, hook it with computer and transfer photos from memory card.

hey i have the same problem with the hp pavillion 6000. It is one of the most unreliable computers in the world but i guess thats another discussion... I have a 2g memory card that will only be recognized if i restart the computer and put it in then... Once you eject it though it wont recognize it. HP needs to get their **** together and stop ripping people off.

u try to buy one original memory stick reader..
u insert ur memory stick inside that reader.....

and dont forget connect ur memory stick reader to ur computer...
then
u follow the ordinary procedure to transfer ur files...

The only way I know how to to do this is to remove the memory stick and download the photos to your computer. Then replace the memory stick and move the photos from your computer to the memory stick.
