Error Maplestory I had try to download maplestory about a couple day ago. I have been trying the first time I download the game won't load so I turn of my firewall. Then I try again but this time my computer had restart and I try again it restart again with out me Click on the restart button. How can I fix the problem? Is there a software that can fix the problem?

Run Windows Update and make sure you are on SP3.

Open the control panel and see if the program is showing as installed. If it is, then try to run it. If it is not there or does not run, try re-downloading the installer from http://maplestory.nexon.net/WZ.ASPX?PART=/Main and running it again. If it still does not work please post the exact details of the message it is giving you.

Make sure you have the latest version of DirectX and 3D glide installed on your computer. You can also try adjusting the monitor frequency from control panel to something a bit higher. That should help.

Also you can try lowering the ressolution in the game..

The TV maxes at a 60Hz refresh rate, and the game refreshes at a 120Hz refresh rate - common problem for that game and this TV - you will have to change the game resoltuion to 480i or 480p from the gaming system/pc itself (or change pc refresh rate to 60Hz, and 480 X whatever reoslution).
