These three devices (Base System Device) PCI bus 7, device 5, function 2 (Base System Device)PCI bus 7, device 5, function 3 (Coprocessor)PCI bus 0, device 1, function 3 do not have drivers and i think it is causing my mic on my laptop not to work. Any advice what to do to remedy this?

THis means that driver for the device is not installed. To install the drivers for this device, click Update Driver, which starts the Hardware Update wizard.

Rightclick my computer icon > click on property> Click on Hardware Tab > Click on Device Manager and whereever you see a yellow exclamation mark Right Click > Properties > Update driver.
