My BlackBerry(Curve 8520) is giving me problems.It is asking me to give permission to an application called "ColorID" whenever I switch it on and it is giving me the options of "Allow","Deny" and "Do Not Ask Again". When I try to answer,the phone freezes meaning I cant scroll up or down and whenever I press a button,nothing happens.I've tried resetting it by pressing "ALT-CONTROL-DELETE" but after it has been reset,the same message pops up again. What should I do?

If you are locked out you can enter the wrong password several times and the phone will restore to factory settings. The downside to this is you lose everything unless you used the backberry server and saved!
