A copy of the manual is available for sale here: http://www.sewingpartsonline.com/instruction-manual-janome-decor-excel-5018.aspx . Other sewing machine parts dealers may also have the manual.

The only Decor model for which Janome has an online copy of the manual is the DC3018. I believe this is a very similar sewing machine with slightly different features. The manual for the DC3018 is here: http://content.janome.com/documents/File/ManualFile/DC3018.pdf .

Any Janome dealer can get you an instruction manual for this machine.They are not available on the web. Contact Janome for a dealer in your area. Their website has some good tips on it also and can be found at:

Can't do much sewing without a bobbin case!

I've had a difficult time finding information on your particular model. The best website I could find has pictures of the few different styles of bobbin case in Janome machines. It seems that the Janome 8077 sewing machine and its manual are both out of catalog. A search on all Janome sites around the world only showed a manual for this specific model on the Brazilian site, but unfortunately it is in Portuguese.

Nevertheless, there is a very similar machine (DC3050) and maybe its manual can be useful to you.

Is it a Memory Craft 350E model by Janome?
The manual is available from their website.
