We have a Franke Evolution coffee machine and the fault 'E43 Motor Time Out' error keeps appearing. Could you please advise me what this fault is. Is it related to the upper head micro switches and if so what is the best way to set these up. Thanks

E43 error motortime out refers to the brew unit not being "sensed" by the micro switch, the most common fault is the micro switch failing. other causes are the failure of the brewmotor itself, or bushes within the brewer. The micro switch is simple to replace as its obvious withits location. the other however will require the expertise of an engineer.

The motor time out problem is the puck motor is not seeing or reconising the limit switch on the up travel
