You have several options to choose from. I'm assuming you're using a Windows PC since you did not specifiy.

A. Use your phone to email pictures to your computer
B. Use Bluetooth to wirelessly transfer pictures to your computer
C. Use a direct cable connection to transfer the pictures to your computer
D. Transfer to your photo album online* (Check with provider)
E. Use Facebook or MySpace to transfer images

Option A

Create a new phonebook contact to hold the email address

1. Open phonebook
2. Options | Create New Contact | On Phone
3. First Name = Your Email Address
4. Fill in the email address field too
5. Create a new message, insert image into message
6. Send to the new contact you created

Option B

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone
2. Under Settings, Look for Bluetooth Link
3. Choose Setup
4. Turn Power Setting: ON
5. Your desktop/laptop must also have Bluetooth
6. Look in Control Panel for an icon, change settings there
7. Make it say visible
8. If your computer doesn't have Bluetooth you can buy a USB Bluetooth
9. On your cell, after you've setup Bluetooth, go to the picture
10. Choose Send By Bluetooth

Option C

1. On your cell, go to Settings
2. Make sure the USB Link is DATA Connection
3. Open Windows Explorer to see if phone is displayed under My Computer

Option D

1. Go to your service providers Website
2. Check to see if they provide you with a photo album online
3. Check to see what the procedure for transferring photos
4. For example, I use T-Mobile and have setup my photo album so I can transfer pictures to a three digit number

Option E

• Setup MySpace or Facebook to transfer photos
• Search their help pages for instructions

you need to goto www.motorola.com and download the software suite. the phone is not a plug and play item.

first goto motorola website type your phone model and check wether is their any driver avalible for vista if there is driver download and run it and connect your phone via usb and if not driver is their better use a card reader to tranfer or buy a bluetooth adapter to transfer it ....

down load usb driver from Motorla for the w377 and installl on pc. restart pc then open my computer and plug in usb cable and phone. the phone will ask if you want to connect the w377 as a storage divice chick yes and wait while it configures. There will be a message saying in storage phone no regular phone activities can be done.

The phone should show up as MS_DEIVCE (You may need to refresh My Computer to see it on the pc.). DOUBLE CLICK MS_DEIVCE and go into pictures and down load (by coping or draging as required).
When done disconnect and wait for phone to restart. This should be automatic.

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.


The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.


Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

you will find all downloads and settings aswell as the user guides for your Moto W337.

May be try the USB cable and the USB drivers on the Motorola site

I don't know anything about a disk, but I got my pic off my phone with a usb cable and my computer recognized it. I run with Media xp. Now on my older PC I just sent the pic to my t-mobile account and them sent them to my photo ablum. It's a drawn out process and take more time then the cd, but like I said I never got a disk with my phone neither. I hope this helped
