Printing digital photo on 8x11

I can't seem to print an 8x11 photo off from a digital from my photo gallery. I replaced the paper try with 8x11 photo paper .... am I missing a step? When watching the printer, it keeps trying to pull from the 4x6 tray.

Right click on the photo to be printed and select edit. When the picture is displayed pull down file and select 'page set up'. Set to fit 1 to 1 pages. Leave the margins and center were they're at. Pull down file and select 'print preview'. If this fits covers most of the page , type c (this closes this window and returns you to the previous one).and pull down file and select 'print'. If not again type c, select file and 'page set up' again and select land scape. If this is better, print this

Printer prints on regular paper but when I try to print on photo paper it shows the paper tray as empty

Check default tray when you print. See which tray it says it is looking for. It may be looking for the 4x6 photo tray when u want it to print on the 8x11 tray

Instructions on printing a 4 x 6 card or photo on my HP 4280 All in One printer. How to I set up the printer?

At the printer:
1. Remove any paper from the input tray
2. Put a few sheets of 4x6 (10 or so) in the same tray
3. Adjust the paper holder bar so that the 4x6 paper stays straight in place. The holder bar was holding the 8x11 paper in place.

On the computer:
Open a picture
Seect [File] [Print]
Select the photo printer from the list
Cick on [Preferences]
See the paper type? select photo paper
See the paper size? Select 4x6

Cannot print 11x14 paper on my Canon Pro9000 printer.

The printing software you are using should have that size for you, I use photo gallery, after you select the image the pop-ups should be your printing software with the paper size choices.

I865 flashing 3 times

That's a "paper jam" error that can be fixed by removing all paper and pressing the resume/cancel button. Then replace the paper in the feed chute.
The printer can straighten out a crooked feed to a very limited degree. The photo feeder attachment can interfere with a really full 8x11 feed. The i860 is very susceptible to overfilling the 8 1/2 x11 feeder without notice until you try to print. I usually remove the photo feeder until I need to print photos, and keep the regular paper feeder no more than 3/4 full. I pull out the regular paper when printing photos.

Error B8e7b69c

I have had this issue happen to me when trying to print a photo from my windows picture program and from the window photo gallery program on Vista. I believe the problem is a compatibility issue with the windows Vista photo programs. I was able to print very well using another photo program. So i suggest printing from another photo program. My camera came with one that is pretty basic and good at fine tuning the pictures. I used the Canon zoombrower ex program and it printed all my pictures well. I think most digital cameras come with some type of photo editing program. You should try printing from it instead widows photo folders or windows photo gallery. Using my camera's photo software solved my issue well. try this out to see if it works for you. good luck

HP PSC 1350 Photo Printing (Glossy Paper) Pront Quality issue

keep checking the HP site for an updated Driver for your printer, but why not use an online photo printing service like Walgreens or Walmart, You can't possibly print photos at home cheaper than they can, and this way you get actual photographs back.
