Hi, I have a Vulcan Deep Freeze 300L with no bulb in light fixture, Can you tell me what type of bulb and wattage should I buy. Not sure if these bulbs are a special type or not. I also need a cover for the bulb light fixture. Where can I get a booklet on this freezer? If you sell these parts - how much for each item and how much for postage. Thanks Jane. Regency Downs. If you are in the USA, type your model number into the correct box the web-site called "SearsPartsDirect" and you should be able to find the part in the schematic and either order it from Sears, or use the part number they will tell you and order it from a dealer you find on the search engine of your computer.

Check the nametag on the fridge and take note of the total amperage draw of the unit. That that reading, and multiply it by 120 volts and the resultant answer will the the total wattage of the unit... If you want to get it precise, measure the applied voltage at the receptacle where it is plugged in. Your 120 volt circuit may really be supplying 125 volts or more and that will effect the calculation....though minimally.

Most freezer lights are screw on bulbs. Unscrew the bulb unticlockwise and replace with a new one.

Parts should be sold at your nearest refrigerator parts supplier.

Try disconnecting power for about seconds, and then restore power. This will reboot the control and maybe restart.

From room temperature if just plugged in rule of thumb is 24hrs to properly reach temp. Place a glass half full of water in shelf when is frozen solid the unit should be plenty cold enough to keep food. It is always a good idea to get a small fridge thermometer to make sure of temp.

i read the entire manual and even type in the words "quick freeze" in pdf. find space and it is not in there.

it only mentions green light and red light.
The “POWER” light (Green) indicates that the freezer is properly connected to the electrical power.
The “RUN” light (Red) will not illuminate when the unit is operating below freezing.
The “RUN” light will illuminate when the temperature inside the unit increases above freezing. Please

how yto uninstall deep freeze, password forgotten

sounds like just the bulb is going bad . the neon bulb you have goes bad that way ,it flashes and blinks sometimes for years before it goes out all the way . it will not hurt anything
