This is the tv station only broadcasting a certain size for the video. One way you can fix this is going into the menu and looking at zoom options. I use it all the time on my tv. If this doesn't work, call your cable company or your tv's manufacturer.

You find a good TV service centre and ask them to fix it. If they cant you take the work order from your tv sc and call 1-877-297-8391.

hi there, yes it is worth fixing for a 32 inch tv. , check up the connection inside and some loose connection or some cold solder. do some cleaning and check up. ty
You have a bad flyback transformer and shorted horizontal output transistor.
Your set would have to be taken to a shop to have these parts replaced.
