Run your plastic tool all the way around the join of the cover on the
front of the phone to release it.
You should now have the cover removed. Next you need to disconnect
two ribbon connectors. These attach like a plug and socket.
Simply lift each connector up, away from the circuit board, to unplug
it.
Another ribbon connector needs to be disconnected. Again, this is a
plug/socket type connection. The green circuit board will now be loose.

I have the same problem two weeks ago. I opened my phone and kept it under the table lamp to dry off some moisture and my screen came back and working good.
Also tried to reset it by taking out Sim card press *3 send button together when turn on the phone ,it will take a while ,but it will reset the phone and will ask for the sim card info.
On the front side of the phone above the camera eye you can carefully (either with your fingernail or a small screwdriver) pry the plastic apart. Once you have the top apart a little bit work your way down each side, once the top and sides are loose you can slide the cover up and off. Once open ther will be a green board around and over the lcd, remove two small connectors on the top and one small one on the bottom underneath the board. When the green board is off look on the sides of the LCD and you will see four points securing it into the phone, carefully pry out on each of these and you can then remove the LCD. Replacement is reverse. Good luck.
do one thing sir just open up the screws which is at the backside of the phone, and check out the connecter with the main chip of ur phone, if it is a lug out connecter than plug out the old one and plug the new one, with the screen as well there is are screws, which u can open up while changing the screen and than try, if u face any kind of problem while replacing it than consult with the NOKIA CARE.
