Hello. THis link will help http://www.cashregistergroup.com/acatalog/Troubleshooting.html
J.
This indicates the actual processor in the machine has failed. Unfortunately the processor is the most important part of the whole register. If it is in fact a Casio register it can be repaired, but you will need to contact them. They are open right now actually, give them a call at 1-800-706-2534
Thanks
Tim
Well I can confirm that it is a failed processor unit in the register. I can also help you find a replacement processor if you feel you can replace it yourself. But I would not recommend you do this unless you are an experienced electrical person, it is not as simple as replacing a processor in a computer. Let me know what you'd like me to do and I can do it, but remotely there is not much that can be done. Do you feel you are capable of doing the repair yourself?
Tim
I thought we already fixed this issue, wasn't it a wire you tightened and it fixed it? Thanks
