I HAVE CANON IR 330S AND AM GETTING ERROR CODE E014. HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?
Ir 3300 error code E246-002 MFT board counter board and Serial No board problem1st step enter the factory service mode ( Additional function key after 1and 3 pressing same time and 3and 9 pressing same time) and go to 88-94 355 and all ram clear menu and select press1 and OK press and restart

Turn off the copier using the power switch on the right. Turn it on again holding 1 and 9. You should see rectangles on the screen. Once this is finished the copier should be in download mode (If this process hangs or doesn't get started the disk will need to be replaced by a tech). Once you reach download mode you'll need a tech to flash the hard disk to get the copier going again. If this doesn't work, the hard disk will need to be replaced. In any case your hard disk is dying and will need to be replaced soon.
