My Sound card isn't working and my themes services couldn't work.can you fix this up ? thanks in advance...

Hello, my Crosley has the exact same problem. I'm struggling to find any answers at the moment. Did you manage to get yours fixed?!

I just bought a set of jamo d165 speakers and one tweater isn`t working can these be replaced?

Here's a simply suggestion which I suspect you have already tried.
Many SD cards, such as the the one you see in the picture above, have the "lock". On the left side of your card you should see the lock. Turn the lock off and try connecting it again.
Like I said I assume this isn't your problem (since you know what a "registry" is ;) ) but the problem you described is exactly what happens when the "lock" is on. That's my first advice.

1) Check in Services to see if your sound card is working; if it isn't started, click Start Service. Make sure your drivers are up to date for the card too.

1. which os.

2. have u installed any theme.

3. is ur sound working other wise

4. is ur sound card functionig properli

firstly Check if d theme isn`t used by u............. if it isn`t deletn yet must b due to sum virus attachd to its folder.... connect yr phone to your pc, access yr themes folder dere and delete it den....

If it aint deletn still, scan yr mobile thru an antivirus 4m yr pc(nt 4m yr mobile)... d a.v. will surly find sum void .exe files and will fix dem..... den delete all d .exe files n yr themes.....

Cash generators are rubbish! I buy a lot of things from there, and it's very hit and miss. Even with a receipt they dont always agree to give you a refund!! Grr!!

Anyway. Can you quickly try the following:

-breathe into the memory card - make sure the moisture from your breath gets onto the contacts.

It a bit like spraying WD40 on a car when it wont start. Sometimes its all it takes.

If that doesnt work then given that the card works in another console, I'm afraid in all likelihood you've been sold a faulty PS2. Sorry :(

Check whether the sound card drivers compatible with your present operating system. if your Pc built with Vista OS. then Get a vista driver from its official website.Some times When you install any devices or driver that might change the system files. even it may corrupt the files due to its incompatibility. Some mother board and Bios does not support some type of Sound cards . if your Motherboard has onboard audio .then disable it through Bios utility. uninstall the sound card,drivers. Remove the Sound card. REplug it. Restart the Pc. this time you can get add new hardware window. install the drivers. if problem still persists contact service centre.

Select control panel >Sound and audio devices >select Sounds> Sound scheme options check whether the windows default theme is set. if not then set windows default theme.
