I formatted my sony walkman model NW-E003f.and now it says No data.what can I fix it?

Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue.

The NO DATA or FORMAT ERROR message may occur if the portable player has been formatted using the format utility in Windows Explorer. To correct this issue, initialize (format) the portable player using the Initialize or Format utility built into your Walkman player.

Reset the unit by pressing the RESET button with a small object such as a paper clip.

If the issue persists, I suggest that you un-install and reinstall the latest version of the Sonic Stage Software and transfer the songs again to resolve the issue. Click here to download the latest version of the SonicStage Software.

This should resolve the issue.

my sony walkman NW-E013 keeps saying NO DATA even after i put music on to it?

I get no data file error when i try to play the song in my NW-E003 SONY MP3 WALKMAN player

It will be better if you format the player and reload the songs to correct this problem of your player....

I downloaded music to my sony walkman NW-E003F mp3 player, but it keeps saying "NO DATA" when i go to all songs.

In which format are those songs?
As this walkman only supports AAC, MP3, WMA.

i have a product of Sony CORP NW-E003F and i am having FORMAT ERROR what can i do now?

i have a sony NW-E003F walkman set and i connected it with my lap top then i deleted some songs and some files. after that i removed it and try ed to use it. but it says NO DATA but when i connect it with computer i can open the songs thorough the media player on my computer

I hade just that prob. "format error" used to display. I did this:
1. dwl sonicStage (free)
2.- in the walkman went to menu/initialize/format
then displayed a confirmation screen, I confirmed
it displayed "formating...... COMPLETE"
3.- THEN plugged into the PC and transfered songs with Sonic
and it worked!
