read the manual on how to unlock it. let me know if it wont unlock.

All the lights are on, but the door lock. We have unplugged it, doesn't help. Our washer is the front load, model LTF 2140ES0.

Ok, press Options and Select at the same time and hold for 10 seconds until "LOC" is no longer displayed. Your control lock was engaged.
