Some of my vertical (portrait) photos on my 15" are displaying as horizontal (Landscape). What can I do to fix this?

Have you saved the images that are appearing as Landscape in Portrait?

The frame should display the images as you saved them. Rotate the image in your photo editing program until they appear as Portrait, then save them. This should fix your problem.

Have lost ;manual. Trying to print photos which way to place paper for horizontal photos. They print out vertical.

If you are printing from your computer, you will have to do a page set-up and change it from portrait to landscape. If you are trying to print from a camera, then I will need to know more information. I can be reached at [email protected]

This evening I bought a new HP Photosmart C4780 printer. I am trying to print photos now and the photos are being printed with small vertical lines across the whole photo. How do I get rid of them?

> I bought a new printer

Take it back, and get one that does work correctly.

> VERTICAL lines ACROSS the whole photo

Hold the paper in "portrait" mode, not "landscape" mode.
Are the lines HORIZONTALLY-ACROSS the paper,
or VERTICALLY-DOWN the paper?

If those lines are WHITE and HORIZONTAL,
then some of the many ink-jets inside the print-head are *CLOGGED*.
Run a "print-head-cleaning-cycle" to try to unclog it.
Or, exercise the WARRANTY, and get it replaced.

Picture porportions are wrong, photo elongated

Had the same problem with mine. It happens when trying to display portrait, or vertical, pictures. I don't think there's a way to prevent it other than to display only landscape, or horizontal, pictures.
