Carbon Pearl: Invalid Argument

Help! I have a really weird problem. I like to listen to BBC podcasts. A couple weeks ago, I tried to load a podcast onto my 6 gig Carbon Pearl and received a message, "Failed to Transfer: Invalid Argument." Since then, my Music Manager program can't find the podcasts I've already got loaded on my player, and I can't load any new podcasts. I can't delete the stuff on my player - the music manager simply can't see that they're there. Any ideas?

Thanks - I had some corrupted files, and I reformatted my player. Working fine now!

Try accessing the rio's hard drive through my computer to see if it can find the songs: they will be in a folder aptly called music within your rio carbon.

If this doesn't help then if it is picked up via my computer you could try wiping and rebooting your rio, read:

You may have to change the firmware for the rio carbon pearl but this is easy to find on their website.

Hope this helps,

If that doesn't solve it, try rolling the driver back to the previous driver(for the ATI radeon card) as some times updates are just no good for your needs as I have found recently.

IPOD touch Invalid argument error message

All you need to do is reset wi-fi network. Go to settings on ipod and go to network you normally sign on to. choose "Forget this Network". sign on to that same network. you will need your password. This will reset and you should be able to sign on.

I have a casio keyboard that i've had for awhile. but ever since a couple weeks ago wen i would plug it in and hit a key to try to play i would hear like a weird noise. almost like a buzz or a fuzzy sound....

If it runs on a wall wart transformer, the transformer rectifier in it may have failed. Try a new one of the same rating. It is also possible that the input filter cap in the keyboard has failed resulting in un-pure DC voltage to the keyboard.

When listening to podcasts the voices sound weird

Try updating the drivers for the soundcard. The pitch change could be a sampling rate error.
