Hi,when a phone displays,operation failed, it;s because the phone application You are trying to open is affected with VIRUS.
You will need to delete such application and re-install another of the application before it affects the other applications on the phone.

This problem is probably a glitch because when I Master Resetted my phone this problem occured to my Sony Ericsson K800i. I would try to go to a Sony Ericsson shop to fix it because when I asked them they said they will have to re-install the Sony Ericsson software in the phone. Hope this helps!

it may be due to the version Compactibility
Just check the MIDP version present int he JAD file and change it to MIDP 2.0 and then try it in your mobile
