Assuming your installation prompted you to either supply or download then install the printer software, I'd look for evidence of a paper jam.

The HP 940c support page has the latest drivers, software, manuals and troubleshooting information. I suggest going through the steps in the "Solve a problem" link on your own first, as the process will go much quicker that a "back and forth" discussion via postings here about what to try next. 4 Digit Code means that you forgot the Phone's Security code. In this issue, you need to reformat the Memory by the Reformatting procedure. Please provide me the Model and Make of the phone and I will give the Reset procedure. You may also want to take it to the Service Center. There the service people will update the Phone's features. This will turn the code into the default Factory code which is either 1234 or 0000.

The reason can be the Sim is not working or locked. Thus the phone is unable to retain its Network. Thus it is suggesting its user to contact the Service. Kindly contact the Service provider and reply me if the issue is not resolved. I will help you out.

Are you able to browse other websites other than yahoo? If yes, then there is no problem with your internet connection. If going to mail.yahoo.com gives you a "page cannot be displayed" then there must be a route problem from your computer to yahoo's servers.

To test this, open a command prompt (Start>All Programs>Accesories).
Then type: ping mail.yahoo.com

It should give you something like:

Pinging login.lga1.b.yahoo.com [66.163.169.186] with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 66.163.169.186: bytes=32 time=215ms TTL=55
Reply from 66.163.169.186: bytes=32 time=215ms TTL=54


If you got that, you just need to clear your cache and cookies. Also try to flush you DNS. From the command prompt, type:

ipconfig /flushdns

It should flush your DNS successfully. Then try opening a new command prompt and visit the site again.

However if your ping to mail.yahoo.com gives a "Request timed out" then there is a routing error and just have to report this to your service provider.
