In Ontario Canada if you have received any tickets and have not paid them they will not let you get your drivers license. It does not matter if its a driving infraction or not. even if the tickets are old they say they have to be paid. Even if a person is behind on paying child support its the same. No license.
the screen driver can make this fault it sit at the back of the screen. if you change that it should work fine after beening replaced. they can over heat.

When you pay someone vs: doing your own work, then you could easily spend thousands over the next 3 years to straighten it out,that is why you don't buy any vehicle over 3 to 5 years old,unless it is a hobby & you do all you own work & no labor is paid
I just found out there is only one solution to this problem. We have to buy a new GPS. A customer service Rep just told me that there are no updates available. Call 1-800-421-5013
