Different brands have different software, so look where your CD is and install the software.
I hope you have Sonic Stage software installed in your computer to transfer mp3 files in this mp3 player. Plug mp3 player in computer and Sonic Stage software and transfer few mp3 files in mp3 player. software will take care of that error as well and will install required files/ folders in mp3 player automatically.
first u install the software c d in ur computer then u have data cable that they had given fix it mp3 plot and last send it through data cable into ur mp3.
Did you run the installation CD before you plugged the mp3 player into the computer? If not, disconnect the mp3 player from computer, uninstall all the Sansa software on your computer, and reinstall the software from the installation CD.
If the uninstall/reinstall fails, update the firmware on the player from Sandisk's website.
sir you cant install a player inside your mp3 player becasue it cant support any software or files aside music. better to load a music files to use your mp3 player again.
