Is this a new Vista system??? has the machine worked before on your computer.??? What is new, what has changed.???
The VN-480PC is compatable with Vista 32 Bit systems but NOT 64 Bit systems.
Verify by checking at www.olympusamerica.com instructions and software downloads are available there also.

Will only record for about 17 minutes. should record for greater than 8 hrs. ( olympus vn- 480pc)
