Yes, you can. To adjust the volume on a call, press the volume-up button during a call. There is not (as far as I know) a way to adjust the call volume when you're not actually in a call.
first of all check your profile(volume)settings .If still your are having that problem then it should be a problem in speaker itself that is speaker may be damaged .its better to replace a new speaker.
Turn up the volume control. Don't have the manual in front of me but go into phone settings and look for the volume settings( not the ringer). Check in your manual, you'll find it.
