You can only get it, by buying 200 from the manufacturer in CHina. OR you can get s Substitute part from Senasys in Wisconson. It is a Temperature Switch (350 L-2169 Open 350 Close 100 (+/- 10). It is a slightly bigger part, so you're only going to be able to install 1 mounting screw. Make sure it is mounted though so it doen't move and short out. Make sure all contact are not cross touching each other. It will fit in though and it does work.

My 30 cup urn wont turn off the faucet.

The pouring spout is probably stuck or broken.
Try turning it On & Off several times.

How to make stronger coffee

West Bend recommends 2 cups of (medium coarse) ground coffee for 36 cups of coffee. It also states that theses measurements are for mild coffee. Add another 1/4 - 1/2 cup for stronger coffee. Keep adding more until it meets your liking. Here's the link to the manual for model #58036. http://www.manualslib.com/manual/337763/West-Bend-58030.html#manual

Stem is missing from the West Bend 60 cup coffee maker. Can I purchase one over the website, if so which website. Thanks Elaine Willey [email protected]

The West Bend parts page for a 60-cup urn is here. You didn't give a model, but it's the only 60-cupper they list. You can find the stem there.

Strong plastic odor in West Bend coffeemaker

oh yes. This must be a new machine. I would recommend pouring and draining boiling water in the maker several times. You can also use vinegar, but again it has to be rinsed and refilled and rinsed again with boiling hot water.

West bend coffee

flip the unit over and use a 5/16" nutdriver to remove the screw. carefully pop off the base. look for the heater wire that's wound around the main heater. it may be burned off the spade connector. the pilot light operates off the little thermal device that's held in place with that flat spring. the other side of the main heater is welded to the heater and the cord terminal. the thermostat device may be shot - it should stay open until the pot is filled with hot coffee. it is set to close on a preset temperature of the pot. replacing it should solve your problem.
