Hi,
No you cant fix the problem. To fix this issue you have to transfer the file to the PC first. While transferring file to your it will check for any errors.Since the file is damaged it does CRC(cyclic redundancy check)When it finds the file is corrupted it stops transferring and pops up the error on to the screen.
There are tools available in market. But the file should be in
your computer then only you can run the tool on it and clear it.
The free tools available don't work properly. You have to buy this tool which will cost you more.
Tools list:

I know the value of your money. If you feel the data is more valuable then you can go a head and try it.
Note:Some files will infected by virus. So it may behave like this.So beware of this too.
post a comment for further assistance.
Thank you for using fixya have a nice day:-)
Hello,
the files on your voice recorder is actually corrupted just as the computer is indicating.
I don't know how important these files are to you but I'm afraid you might loose them because they are corrupt.
To fix this problem, you need to format the recorder and by so doing you will loose all your files but the recorder will be okay. You will have to put fresh files on the recorder.
Your computer may have been the one that corrupted the files on your recorder.
To format the recorder, while the recorder is connected to your computer, click start menu, go to computer. You will see a drive representing your recorder, right click on the drive, scroll to format and click it. This will format your drive and your recorder will be fixed.
Note, that you will loose all the files on your recorder in the process of formatting.
Good luck.

Thanks for your suggestion. But, I am able to record new files OK. And one other older file is also OK. By "OK" I mean they play audio correctly and can be transferred using standard MSWindows techniques. Formatting does not seem the solution. I could just erase the one bad file.
The issue I want to fix is the one "bad" file. Are there "file repair" techniques for damaged VOC files?
