After a tons of browsing and debugging finally I got the real solution to my similar problem with a Saeco Minuto HD8763 coffee machine: the root cause was a bad hall sensor and a weak magnet at the grinder toothwheel (the left magnet whcih was removed from it's original place). The upper one was okay and down under there is the replacement magnet which I made from a piece of HDD neodymium magnet and glued to fix it.
The original hall sensor was marked as "210k 3491" ("HAL506K" based on some other service manuals) and the new one was a cheap non-smd but same size, unipolar "TLE4905" type.

The message says coffe beans - replace-magnet-hoey1jvz3uhc2z5y4gktfnry-3-0_2.jpg

I can't brew coffee, when machine is turned on it makes a loud noise like endless spinning. sounds like it is coming from the brew/tamping area

foreign element perhaps the grinder is bad though. First try using a small vacuum that will allow adequate control of vacumming up the bean container. remove all the beans etc. the bean container must be emptied. then look at what the vacuum removed, any foreign objects? if you see 1 or more it's likely fixed. otherwise remove any inside cover/guides in the bean container you should now look directly at the grinder wheels with flashlight, as there may instead be a foreign substance or a defect preventing the grinder from processing the beans. if a defect then it may require factory service. gl

Cannot remover the coffee grinder from machine.

Remove Coffee Maker's top cover. Slide coffee bean container off (after emptying it of coffee beans). Remove fixing screws (normally philips) securing the bean container platform. Remove grinder's bean intake rubber seal. Unscrew the grinder's fine/course selector, paying close attention to where it was originally fixed, from factory. 4 rubber bushing are anchoring the grinder in place, which can be seen from the front of the Coffee Maker (w/ door opened). Wiggle each rubber bushing through, as you pull grinder from the top. Grinder should come loose, after unplugging wires. - Good Luck

Coffee beans empty

Hi
Coffee beans empty is caused by the grinder running for about 15 seconds without filling the doser chamber. Sounds like you have a blockage in you grind passage. Try removing the brew group. Then inside on the roof of the machine where the brew unit was setting there is a drop chute where the coffee is dropped into the brew unit. From the left side of the drop chute pull down and back, and it will drop coffee. This will clear an opening that relieves pressure on the passage. There is a passage inside the drop chute area that goes to the grinder. Vacuum it out. It will be on the right side of the drop chute.
Once that is cleared go to the bean hopper. There is a lever on the right side of the bean hopper. Push the lever back to the largest number. You can push the lever to a larger number any time but it has to be grinding to pull to a smaller number. Now replace everything and make your coffee. Once you have made your coffee you can pull back to a number that was higher than the one you had it on, but only when the grinder is running.

Grinder starts up but wont grind..nothing happens. one week old

I think this might be because no beans have gone down into the mill. There is a definite difference in sound when it is actually grinding beans. Try emptying the beans out, set it to the coarsest setting, put the beans back in, shake the thing a bit then turn it on.

Saeco magic comfort coffee machine grinder

Hi,

Make sure you not get any water in the grinder, if you got water in the grinder then you have to clean it.

You can try to set grinding to coarse and try to make 3 cup of coffee.

Saeco Italia SUP021 YR - Red light #29 on solid

Not clear on "Empty bean container/full grounds drawer) - not empty/not full. " But I gather that coffee is not being dispensed. Most Likely the grinder needs cleaning + brew group needs cleaning ( filter ). Do you get water/steam?

Coffee Beans Empty - but the hopper is full!

Caffeind...the problem is likely still some bean remnants stuck in a switch which is causing the problem. Get some newspaper and open it up on a flat surface. Invert the grinder and give it a couple of thumps on the newspaper. The chips should loosen up and fix it. Remember, beans are both sharp in shape and oily in makeup...perfect for getting stuck.

Incanto de Luxe always tells me there are no beans in container

I do have the same problem.

I have removed and cleaned the grinder mechanism.

Being an electronic technician I did have a look and tried to find what method they use to detect that the new beans reservoir is empty and I did not see any kind of detector.

I suspect that they monitor the motor current to do this. If it is so would'n it be possible to desable this fonction since it is more then evident when the reservoir is empty or about to be?

Any body knows how they do monitor the status of the new beans reservoir?
