Service code or error code 20 what does it mean

This is an industrial product and requires a fully qualified Engineer to attend and correct the error, three phase has a very complicated structure for motors and elements, wiring is completely different to a single phase, oven. I would expect a qualified Engineer to have the technical know how to fix your problem do not attempt to repair this yourself if you don't have the technical ability, sorry this is not the answer to your problem but I air on the side of caution when the risk to harm is greater.

Hobart convection oven

You either have something hitting the convection blower wheel or the bearings in the convection motor are shot.

Electric Phases for Hobart Oven

you must understand this : your electric oven must be indicate if it is a single phase( use 3 wires for 230 2 hot wires + 1 Neutral see the diagram like dryer? you must sure about this. Normally any appliance for home are single phase NOT 3 phase.

2) If you electric oven, say 3 PHASES( use 4 WIRES, 3 hot wires+1 Neutral wires) this for industrial application +comercial 270266c5-a0ad-44dc-9f40-e963255d47f5.jpgNOT for home

However if you system is 3 phase you must need to install 3phase transformer.ba1c9d4d-85e3-4744-8ce5-2f25c6e34ad3.jpg

Wich is the power supply 120v, 208 1 phasse or 208v 3 phase.

Most Baxter BXA ovens have separate power supplies, usually 120v for the controls and lights, a 120v output on a circuit breaker for the roof fan, and a 208VAC 3 phase supply for your convection motor. Older Baxter ovens may have a 3 phase service disconnect inside the electrical/burner compartment, if I recall correctly the BXA models do not and the only way to shut it off is via the 3 pole breaker at the service panel.

Need to change oven from 440 3 phase to 220 single phase hobart cn90 oven

It can be done with a transformer, 480/ 240 single phase transformer to get the lower voltage. Then the oven will require some wiring changes to get all the elements and controls connected to two hot wires instead of three. The transformed will be sized to the wattage rating of the oven. This is a only basic description of what needs to take place.

We have a Vulcan Roast Oven VO008 and it is wired for 480 volt 3ph, can it be rewired to be 240 volt single phase?

It could be but, the expense of replacing all the 3 phase controls would cost more than what it would be worth. Sell it and use the proceeds to purchase a single phase unit or if you are wanting to use it in a commercial building, see if you can have 3 phase installed by your electric provider.

Installing ge profile double oven not convection in new build trying to find out electrical requirements ( size breaker 50,60amp ?)

You must use a three-wire, single-phase A.C.
208Y/120 Volt or 240/120 Volt, 60 hertz
electrical system. If you connect to aluminum
wiring, properly installed connectors approved
for use with aluminum wiring must be used.

That means that you ned a double 40 amp breaker.

Good Luck
