Do the dash lights come on? You might want to check the security system because at times it could be setting the anti theft kill switch, and after waiting a bit it will reset itself.... It could also be a bad ignition switch. Good luck!

Just switch of the camera, remove the batteries for a little while and start all over again. Place the battery, and switch on the camera.
If the camera again says restart, you could be in more trouble.
But before I can tell more, it would be great if I knew what camera you have this message on. Like brand and type.

you have to repair eeprom using ns_pro or z3x then write full flash

remove the memory card and restart... if same problem remove the sim and reboot.

Flash it with latest version of software from your nearest mobile tech.

the connectors may not be properly crimped try to crimp it again and also restart ur switch it is having collision problem. Restart it will fix that.

i think u should take a backup of all ur stuff and reset it
